1. Acceptance

By using Eventora to browse, buy, or manage event passes, or by using it as an organizer to run events, you agree to these terms.

2. What Eventora is

Eventora is a platform that lets organizers create events, sell passes, take payment, and manage entry. Each event is created and operated by its own organizer, who is responsible for the event itself, its content, and its schedule. Eventora provides the technology and processes payments on the organizer's behalf; it is not the organizer of any individual event unless stated otherwise.

3. Accounts

Organizers use an account to manage their events. Attendees can buy passes without creating an account, using email verification instead. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials and order access confidential.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, Cashfree, or PhonePe, depending on the deployment). Eventora does not store your full card or bank account details — these are handled directly by the payment gateway.

5. Passes and entry

A pass grants entry to the specific event it was issued for, subject to that event's own capacity, schedule, and conditions as set by its organizer. Passes are verified electronically at entry; a pass that has already been used or is not valid for the gate presented may be refused.

6. Refunds and cancellations

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the platform for fraudulent purchases or payment methods; attempt to bypass entry validation or pass security; scrape, resell, or redistribute passes outside of features Eventora provides for that purpose; or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

8. Liability

Eventora is not responsible for an event's content, safety, cancellation, or rescheduling decisions made by its organizer. To the extent permitted by law, Eventora's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
