Refund & Cancellation

Who decides refunds
Each event on Eventora is run by its own organizer, and that organizer sets and approves refund and cancellation requests for their event — including any deadlines, fees, or conditions. Eventora processes payments and refunds on the organizer's behalf but does not independently guarantee a refund the organizer has not approved.
How to request a refund
Open My bookings (or the booking page you purchased from) to access your order, and follow the cancellation or refund option shown there if the organizer has enabled it for that event. If you can't find that option, contact the event's organizer directly — their contact details are shown on the event's booking page.
How approved refunds are processed
Once an organizer approves a refund, it is returned to your original payment method through the same payment gateway used for the purchase. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and is typically a few business days after approval.
When a refund may not be available
- The pass has already been used for entry.
- The request falls outside the window or conditions the organizer has set for that event.
- The order was an issuer/box-office sale settled outside the platform's payment gateways (in which case the organizer handles the refund directly).
Event cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer
If an organizer cancels or reschedules an event, refund handling for existing passes is set by that organizer; check the event's booking page or contact the organizer for how they are handling it.
